Our Relais offers the opportunity to taste the specialties of local gastronomy in an intimate and cozy setting, where traditional flavors blend with the romantic atmosphere.

We are in the kitchen, with our ideas and with simple and genuine ingredients from our land, offering you a mini menu every day with meat and fish-based dishes.

You will also have the opportunity to buy locally produced products, such as olive oil, jams, our homemade biscuits and the meats from our farm.

Breakfast

From 8.00 to 10.30

If a good day starts in the morning, it is with breakfast that we want to wish you a good day, and we do it by pampering you with the good scent of freshly baked and homemade desserts, with zabaglione, a real gem, and tasty savory dishes in the name of internationality served buffet style. At the moment we prepare eggs, from our own farm, cooked in different ways. We offer packaged products for food intolerances such as soy milk, rice milk, gluten-free products.

Light lunch

From 13.00 to 14.30

The menu recalls the raw materials and flavors of the territory at km 0, in fact we serve various delicious salads, snack and buffalo mozzarella from the best dairies in Fondi.

Pool service

From 11.30 to 18.30

While you tan or read a book in the silence that envelops you, you can order an aperitif directly by the pool, via our telephone box, where you will find the menu with the different proposals.

Apéritif

From 18.00 to 19.30

For lovers of gastronomy, the apéritif at SarAnd Relais is a ritual not to be missed.

The places of relaxation merge with tasting corners full of platters of cheeses and cured meats of our production, served in combination with superb craft beers, wines and cocktails, to transform the sunset into an unforgettable sensory experience.

 

Dine

By reservation with arrival times 8.00pm – 8.30pm – 9.00pm

Pamper your palate and your soul with the flavors of the Mediterranean tradition. Meat dishes, coming directly from our farm, and some fresh fish courses await you.

Each course, served with the attention we love to dedicate to our guests, will make you rediscover the pleasures and taste of being at the table.

We serve dinner on the porch of the restaurant offering a different mini menu every day. It is necessary to reserve the table in advance no later than 3.00 pm.

Wine Cellar

Through the passion that guides us, we have created a unique wine and sparkling wine list, designed to accompany your special moments. That’s why you won’t find many commonly known labels but rather what reflects the traditions, history and culture of the wines. We will be happy to advise you in your choice.
